With our comprehensive office relocation service, your team doesn’t have to worry about anything. We’ll take care of all the logistics: packing and unpacking, supplying crates and packing materials. interim storage, inventory management, transportation of IT equipment, dismantling and reassembling furniture and disposing of and recycling waste.

Information Technology

We liaise with your IT staff to develop a specification and programme within the overall constraints of the project to best meet your business needs.

Air Conditioning

We provide standalone systems for comms rooms. We design and install new systems to meet your requirements both physically and financially. We can balance and add to existing systems. We carry out validation surveys before clients commit to a lease.

Audio Visual

We advise on all types of audio-visual and video conferencing systems from the latest technology to entry level systems.

Phone System

We generally advise the system is purchased direct from the vendor to ensure that long-term customer support is maintained. We advise on the specification and procurement and then project manage the installation of phone systems including hardware, software, VOIP and telephone lines.

We can combine a CAT A project with the main office design & fit-out works, to save our clients both time and money. Sometimes the best decision for a landlord is to refurbish existing property rather than investing in new build options. Refurbishment can increase the rental and yield value of a property by increasing its desirability with tenants. Our expert designers also look for ways to bring redundant or underutilised areas to life, providing more lettable floor spaces.

Combining Landlords CAT A Works With Tenant CAT B Works

For our clients seeking new office space, where the CAT A works have not already been completed, we have developed a special fast track service, whereby these works can be completed at the same time as the clients fit out works. The CAT A works are carried out knowing the exact layout of the final office design, which removes the risk of having to relocate services such as HVAC and other key building services, saving the tenant both time and money.
