Not only do we have a highly experienced in-house team, we also employ the services of independent advisors who carry out regular inspections and who work with us in developing and implementing even better systems and the highest quality training.

Health and Safety

Maintaining and promoting the safety, health and well-being of our workforce, supply chain, clients and customers is of paramount importance to us. Our policy is to provide the highest standards in our construction work and throughout the design and planning of our projects.  Our safety department is responsible for providing up to date health and safety advice and assistance, ensuring all our policies and procedures are reviewed and provide leadership and direction for all our staff.  The Health and Safety team is led by a NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Manager.

Procedures and Quality Assurance

Our zero defects policy ensures all work is carried out to the highest levels of quality and finish.  In order to continually improve the way we operate, we benchmark every aspect of our work and carry out detailed audits to measure the performance of our supply chain and the quality of workmanship.

We are dedicated to providing sustainable fit-out solutions by ensuring environmental, social and economic parameters are considered in the provision of our services. This includes demonstrating our commitment to the environment during the design and construction phase and providing you with a sustainable working environment, whereby you understand the functionality of the applied environmental measures. We listen to your needs. Accreditations and Professional Bodies

3-Space (UK) Ltd are a BSI subscribing member.  We are committed to improving our performance, reducing our risks, working more sustainably and remaining compliant.

We have also achieved accreditation from Safe Contractor. The Safe Contractor scheme provides information and assurances about the health and safety systems and competence of our organisation. The scheme has been developed and refined by the Government Health and Safety and Procurement Professionals, with the support of the Health and Safety Executive, since 1999.

In 2017, 3-Space (UK) Ltd was accredited with the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). This helps us reassure our clients that we are committed to safeguarding their reputation as well as comply with important health and safety legislation.
