WHAT WE DO

Office Design

At the heart of our design process is a commitment to a genuine partnership. When we build a deep understanding of our clients and how they work, the design we create is not just beautiful, it is also adaptable and enduring.

Our office design services start with getting to know you, we will keep asking questions until we fully understand your company’s culture, brand identity and how you want your staff to use their new space. We listen to your wants, needs, pain points and aspirations to provide the technical knowledge and support needed to make sure that your new workplace meets your objectives.

Once we know this, we have the capability to gain a full understanding of the building itself using the latest technology to survey the space, so we know we are starting with an accurate drawing. Only then do we commence designing.

Office Design

Conceptual Design

As we know how important it is to be able to visualise your space quickly, we look to initially inspire you with the proposed workplace layout and mood boards that will help to define the look and feel of your future workplace.

Detailed Design

Once you are satisfied with the concepts, our office design team produce a full drawing package using leading CAD software from Autodesk which combines various elements of the design stage to accelerate its development and make the process more efficient including accurate 2D floor plans and 3D visualisations, allowing you to explore your new office before any fitout and build works commence. These include all the finer details, encompassing the entire project scope such as joinery pieces, mechanical and electrical plans, and breakout areas.

Selecting the Finishes

Together we will select the fabrics, textures, furnishings and finishes for your final workplace design. Often this involves visiting the furniture showrooms the heart of London’s design quarter, Clerkenwell, with our design team, followed by a visit to our office to choose finishes from our comprehensive samples library.

Throughout this process, the design team work closely with the pre-contracts team to provide you with transparent costs, keeping an eye on the budget so that you achieve cost certainty in the development of your workplace.
