As every business has its own specific requirements, warehouses need to be very individual buildings. 3-Space will work collaboratively with you, conducting comprehensive assessments, surveying the space, speaking with stakeholders to establish what the space will be used for and establishing how best to maximise its usage. We offer advice on all aspects concerning warehouses including storage, machine and production lines, partitioning, electrical and mechanical, mezzanine flooring and workshops. We can even build you an office within the warehouse space. Once you have a clear vision of what you want, we will draw up plans, cost and build the space.

We will take care of everything for you during the build process. You will have a dedicated project manager to guide you all the way from pre-construction to handover and beyond, along with a site manager who will supervise the build. We will act as Principal Designer to ensure that all health and safety requirements and building control regulations are met and as Principal Contractor we will ensure that all sub contractors are compliant and are carrying out their duties in accordance with health and safety rules and our own company policies.
