In the heart of Canary Wharf, 3-Space undertook their biggest project to date with the transformation of an empty shell on behalf of SmartestEnergy, a renewable energy company. Leaving the mechanical work on display created an industrial look which was softened through the clever use of colours, feature moss and cork walls and furnishings. Zoned areas were built for the different functions including a dedicated trading room which is overlooked by a viewing area complete with a feature cork wall and café style seating, a town hall area for informal company gatherings, meetings pods and a well appointed break out area.
