Having completed the fit out works to Dorset House in Leatherhead, 3-Space were invited back to carry out the work to Russell House on behalf of the landlord. Our design team came up with a light and airy space which could easily be branded for the incoming tenant. The decoration was kept simple but accented using feature wall coverings in the informal meeting area and moss storage dividers to create a small reception / waiting area and to zone the breakout area from the main office. Feature lighting has been used in the kitchen / breakout area for a contemporary look. Using the natural light from the large windows, we have been able to create a bright office space ready for immediate occupation.
