ESP’s previous office had required its teams to be spread out over different floors. The new premises enabled all staff to be accommodated on a single floor, presenting an opportunity for greater communication and unity, but also a challenge in how staff would adapt and make the most of the new working environment. The design has successfully brought teams together to work more closely than before, streamlining work processes and ultimately driving business performance. Breakout areas provide opportunities for staff to meet and connect, reducing the formality of the office environment.
