SCOPE OF WORKS
The project involved the interior fit out of the ground and first floor in Church House in Surrey Research Park. Modification of High Level Lighting - Fire Alarm Systems - Mechanical Systems - Plumbing - Power - Voice and Data - Partitioning - Doors - New Floor Coverings - Decorations - Installation of New Furniture - Joinery Items
A creative approach to space planning, zoning and wayfinding was taken to help visitors find their way to the appropriate learning resources and to create a strong sense of place. We also used distinctive signage and graphics in the reception and staircase area to illustrate the history and development of the district, creating a feature timeline. 3-Space worked alongside The Table Creative on this project.
