We managed the process so that the CAT A works were completed knowing the exact layout of the final office design, removing the risk of having to relocate services saving our client both time and money. Within the design, a creative approach to space planning, zoning and wayfinding was taken to help visitors find their way to the appropriate learning resources and to create a strong sense of place. We also used distinctive signage and graphics in the reception and staircase area to illustrate the history and development of the district, creating a feature timeline. 3-Space worked alongside The Table Creative on this project.
