3-Space were briefed to design and build three self contained suites on the first floor of the newly renovated Culverdon House in central Chertsey. The largest suite was designed as a marketing suite to highlight the benefits of working within Culverdon House. Within this area, we used a feature wall covering to bring movement and colour to the space and to provide a focal point to the room. A small but valuable meeting room was included in the design with a separate floor covering to complement the feature wall covering which was extended into the area. Once the build had finished, 3-Space were tasked with dressing the area. ​The second suite was designed for an incoming tenant as the base for their accounts department. The area was designed using similar décor to the marketing suite with a kitchen area and desking. There was also the addition of a comms room. ​The third area was designed as a blank canvas so that any company coming in would be able to put their corporate stamp on the office. ​3-Space created a very workable ‘plug and play’ space that incoming tenants are able to move into immediately and with ease.
