Tony oversees all things design. He uses his experience and passion for design to work with our clients in creating unique, personable and exciting new spaces. He works alongside his design team to make sure that every clients' design desires are met. Tony loves watching initial design ideas turn into fantastic working spaces; his role involves working together with the client from the initial concept all the way through to completion, ensuring that the client has an excellent design journey.

Kathryn's key responsibilities centre around the operational aspects of the business, primarily everything from pre-contracts including estimating, pricing and tendering documentation to setting up and managing our construction team on site. She is committed to ensuring our standards are of the very highest quality and that our safety measures are maintained. Kathryn's approach is to foster an air of support and collaboration with the whole project team to ensure we develop a robust and buildable scheme that provides both cost certainty and value to our clients. Her skills ensure that the client's expectation is always met and that the projects are delivered on time, within budget and more importantly to the client's satisfaction.
