Furniture - Partitioning - Replacement of ceiling tiles - New smoke detectors - Electrical works - Data lines installation - New and feature lighting - Feature wallpaper - Air conditioning installation - New tea point areas - Signage and manifestation - Decorations including the external fire escape stairs - New feature flooring - Car park cleaning and re-lining the spaces
Working with Columbia Threadneedle on another project on Regent Park in Leatherhead, 3-Space (UK) Ltd were asked to give the top floor and the Reception lobby of Brunswick House, a much needed update to construct two CAT A+ offices, ready for tenants to move into. Our designer took advantage of the natural light that floods both areas to create bright, airy and comfortable work and breakout spaces. Feature wallpaper and floor coverings were used to zone the different areas and striking feature lighting gives additional interest to the tea points.
