The largest space was designed as a marketing suite to highlight the benefits of working within Culverdon House. Within this area, we used a feature wall covering to bring movement and colour to the space and to provide a focal point to the room. A small but valuable meeting room was included in the design with a separate floor covering to complement the feature wall which was extended into the area. Once the build was finished, 3-Space were tasked with dressing the area. The second suite was designed for an incoming tenant as the base for their accounts department. This area was created using similar décor to the marketing suite with a kitchen area and desking. There was also the addition of a comms room. The third suite was designed as a blank canvas so that any company coming in would be able to put their corporate stamp on the office. 3-Space created a very workable ‘plug and play’ space that incoming tenants would be able move into immediately and with ease.
